George is organizing a three day trip to the Welsh Borders.

Am organising motorcycle tour from my place to hotel base in Ross-on Wye beginning April/May this year as follows:

1) Sunday 28 April- 05.45 sunrise.
2) - 09.30 meet at ( car/van/trailer free parking in my drive).
3) - 10.00 depart.
4) - 12.00 coffee/tea at Great Comberton, Worcs (35 miles).
5) - 14.00 depart Great Comberton.
6) - 16.00 arrive Ross-on Wye hotel.
7) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday daily motorcycle tours ( around 100 miles per day) based on Ross- on Wye - intention to go to Wales, Herefordshire, and Monmouth.
8) - am check out Thursday 2 May return to Warmington ( may be stop for Tea/coffee again at Great Comberton)) and then all go home!

Intention is to use smaller motorcycles/30 mph average/ country lanes - but if larger bikes brought then they may plan their own routes?distances. I intend to ride either Honda CM200 or Ducati 250.
I will confirm Ross- on Wye hotel and cost for B&B basis once I have numbers. - though I will forward details for each person/group to arrange own booking and billing

Harvey and I already have 4/5 of us committed to go. Would you please circulate to mates and may I have names committed by Friday 1 February so I can progress.
