Anglian Section Notes August 2020
Sunday the 14th of June dawned bright, sunny and warm, and yes, this was supposed to be the day of the Fenland Gallop. Of course, it's wasn't taking place, and as I had recently rebuilt and balanced the four carburettors on my 1990 Kawasaki I thought it would be a good opportunity to see how successful I was. So I took myself off for the morning and did my own one man Fenland Gallop. As I was going out into the deepest Fens I made sure I was wearing my six fingered gloves and that I had the necessary paperwork with me to prove that I was married to my own grandmother. Apologies to any Fennies who may read this, I love you really. I almost forgot, the carburettors were fine.
