Anglian Section Notes Dec 2018
We have a wealth of skills and experience amongst the membership of the Anglian Section, and it is always gratifying when one of those members is willing to stand up and share their knowledge and memories with the rest of the club. Such was the case at our November meeting, when Gordon Parker spoke about his motorcycle sporting career, initially in road racing but latterly with sprinting, principally with Vincent motorcycles. Gordon had also worked in farming during his life, and he told us something of the development work that he had carried out with seeding machines, which shows what a variety or talents he has. Don’t forget that our January Club night is our traditional pie ‘n’ chips evening at the Fulbourn Centre.
